Vet Remembered

Dewey Loy, 93, of Paulsboro, received a New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal at the Deptford Mall today. Loy served in WW II and reminisced about his frequent sightings of General MacArthur.

Straight-Faced Dog Kiss

Gloria Williams' (right) Austrailian Shepherd mix, Snowflake, helped save Anne Moncrief's (left) life one night last year. Moncrief, 84, collapsed on Williams' porch with chest pains at 1:30 am and Snowflake woke Williams to alert her.
